Who puts the messages on the
community sign?
The Association’s Board of Directors has this responsibility. Ask any
Board member for details.
Where is the community playground?
The playground is located on “Cloud Field,” next to the marsh. There is a pathway
from Turkey Point Road to the playground.
Where is “Cloud Field,” and what is it used for?
”Cloud Field,” owned by the Cloud family, is located at the corner of Turkey
Point Road and Carroll Drive. The Association leases part of the field for the
playground.
Where is the community pier?
The path to the pier is at the corner of Bay Drive and Boyd Drive. The path
runs between the fence and the marsh to the boardwalk at the water’s edge.
Where are the community’s beaches?
Beaches and common areas
are for TPPOA members and guests only.

Beach 1 is at the end of Ramsey
Drive

”Cloud Beach” is accessed by a
footpath on the right of the Turkey Point Road cul-de-sac. It runs along a
fence at the edge of the Marsh.

Tide permitting, one can walk the
beach between Beach 1 and “Cloud Beach.”

Beach 2 is accessed from the top
of the Turkey Point Road cul-de-sac. Follow the path to the top of the hill,
go down the wooden stairs and straight out to the water’s edge.

Beach 3 is at the end of Paca
Drive, and runs along the water’s edge to the community pier.
Is there a TPPOA Emergency Transportation List For Inclement Weather?
There are Turkey Point Residents who are willing to use their personal vehicles to transport senior Turkey Point Residents to their medical
appointments, pharmacies or other health related locations especially during inclement weather. Please contact any Board member
to get more information.
